Ms. Graham has extensive experience managing complex tender processes from opportunity identification and compliance assessment through to proposal development, submission, and post-submission administration. Her expertise includes bid strategy development, tender compliance, stakeholder coordination, market research, business development support, and the preparation of high-quality client-facing proposals.

Her industry exposure spans geospatial services, development planning, geomatics, information and communication technology, digital forensics, security services, and the broader built environment sector. Prior to joining Itsamaya Holdings, she held tender coordination, office administration, project administration, procurement, and taxpayer service roles with organisations including NTG Solutions, Let Property Developers, Anix Trading and Consulting, and the South African Revenue Service.
